Your role in BizAway
1. Building and optimizing scalable processes to support the company's growth;
2. Contributing to and executing key company initiatives;
3. Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience.
Your basic qualifications
4. 5+ years project management experience (having worked in the Travel Industry is a plus)
5. Successful track record to effectively lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Strong communication and leadership skills
7. Result oriented, respecting deadlines
8. Pragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver
9. Ability to manage and facilitate relationships with suppliers
10. Ability to work under pressure and cross functions and cultures
11. Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
12. Assertive, adaptable and creative
13. Dynamic and performance driven
14. Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus
We are also interested in
15. Digital experience;
16. Project management skills (GANTT definition, elaboration of post launch analysis, knowledge of project management tools and techniques…);
17. PMI certification (is a plus).
