Job Purpose
Monitor and manage all aspects of contracts execution related to the physical delivery of goods, while accurately recording daily trading operations in the Integrated Trading System.
Responsibilities

- Execute contracts and manage communication with suppliers, customers, and forwarding agents
- Ensure that all required and adequate financial securities for payment are in place and compliant with contractual terms
- Record daily trading operations in the Integrated Trading System and other corporate platforms
- Maintain close coordination with Traders to ensure a smooth flow of information between all involved departments, especially Shipping, Risk, Trade Finance, and other corporate functions
- Comply with EU regulations
Requirements

- Fluent in English and Italian
