Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Guest Experience Intern to join a modern and authentic hospitality team in Milan’s luxurious environment.
Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the intern will support front‑desk and guest‑services tasks.
- Full‑time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- Estimated start date: June 2026.

Objectives and internship activities
The aim of the internship is to provide a comprehensive orientation within the company and to develop skills in guest experience alongside a tutor.
Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check‑ins/check‑outs, ensuring alignment with LQA and Marriott International standards.
- Support payment verification and billing accuracy in Opera.
- Handle internal and external calls, log requests, and coordinate guest services.
- Assist in managing guest chats and cases through Marriott’s internal tools.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
- Help coordinate special requests, wake‑up calls, and in‑room dining orders.
- Support communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in handling guest complaints and problem resolution under supervision.
Candidate requirements
- A warm, people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑first attitude.
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
- Flexibility, problem‑solving skills, and multi‑tasking ability.
- Great storytelling skills in English and at least intermediate Italian (both writing and speaking).
