Ph3Job Description /h3 pInside Sales Representative, with minimal supervision, manages an assigned sales account base and functions to provide value to a selected group of customers. /p h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liDiploma or degree with experience in sales in manufacturing companies /li liBackground in internal sales /li liOutstanding communication skills and empathy, accuracy, reliability, self-confidence, independence and entrepreneurship; fluent in English; superior knowledge of other languages appreciated /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProfitable revenue growth. /li liAchieve stated gross margin targets as a percentage of sales. /li liApproach the sales process with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness by successful utilization of customer‑centric selling skills and tools, such as use of scorecards, business reviews, EVE tools, high/wide/deep, 5 warning signs, prospecting new account calls, development of a robust sales funnel, collecting ARs, avoidance of bad debts, cross selling, and effective CRM system management. /li liExercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to specific selling activities. These include, but are not limited to, solutions including appropriate product grades to be offered for specific applications and markets; appropriate use of standard product grades versus a custom compounded product and; competitive pricing of products. /li liWorks as part of the sales team to maintain and grow sales territory. /li liWork both directly and cooperatively with channel partners to close business based on customer's purchasing requirements. /li liMaintains current accounts as well as develops new accounts. This includes independent assessment of a customer's needs and the presence of competitive pressures. /li liMay be necessary to travel to maintain and grow assigned accounts. /li liServes as the primary company contact for assigned accounts. /li liMay be required to serve as a primary company representative at trade shows, conferences and in other promotional settings. /li liAs an individual and sales team member, works toward meeting sales goals to contribute to the company's Key Thrust growth initiatives. /li liAs an individual and sales team member, contributes to the company's planning of both long‑ and short‑term business objectives.
