She/he will take care of the organization of all training events based on needs and budget. She/he will ensure smooth execution of the different steps (including documentation and performance reporting), providing plenty support to the Learning & Development Team. She/he will participate to the continous improvement of the process, relating to the various trainers and stakeholders in tight collaboration with Southern Europe and Global HR.
