In this role you will design and run game-changing co-marketing partnerships to drive growth for PayPal in Italy. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with partners and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and merchant programs. You’ll balance creativity with data-driven ROI to build scalable, co-branded marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape PayPal’s consumer partnerships in a dynamic, international environment with a clear focus on measurable impact.

* Develop and manage partnership marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement
* Build and maintain relationships with partners (regional system integrators, digital agencies, consultants)
* Audit the developer program experience and identify improvement areas
* Design, build, and deploy marketing communications to support the developer lifecycle
* Own developer-focused platforms—architecture, content, SEO
* Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and lifecycle communications for developers
* Manage Developer Meetup events (invitations, logistics, execution)
* Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives
* Create marketing toolkit content to help developers promote solutions
* Work with data/analytics to track performance and optimize strategies
* Coordinate with sales and partner teams to align channel initiatives
* Budget management for channel marketing and ensuring impact
* Monitor market trends and partner developments to identify opportunities
Responsabilità
* 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Experience in partnership marketing or commercial roles
* Strong presenter with ability to engage large customers
* Results-driven with test-and-learn mindset
* Collaborative, autonomous, and team-oriented
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Fluency in English and Italian
