Job Summary
Perfect Household Staff presents a superb opportunity for an experienced and refined Housekeeper Cook to join a welcoming family of four residing in a prestigious 500 square‑metre, four‑bedroom apartment in Milan, conveniently located near Isola station. The family includes two teenage children and values a high standard of service and cooking, flexibility, and a discreet, professional approach. The principals appreciate beautifully prepared Italian meals; one family member follows a gluten‑free diet, requiring attention to detail and dietary awareness.
Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the 500 square‑metre apartment to a high standard, with specialist care of marble and wooden surfaces.
Manage laundry and ironing, ensuring garments are treated appropriately and finished to an excellent standard.
Plan and prepare high‑quality Italian meals, including gluten‑free options, with attention to nutrition, flavour, and presentation.
Cook and serve for family events of up to 12 guests, demonstrating flexibility and high standards of service.
Conduct grocery shopping and maintain well‑organised kitchen stock control.
Collaborate effectively with the House Manager and other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate confidently in Italian and English with family members and guests.
Assist with occasional school drop‑offs and pick‑ups when required, using the family’s automatic vehicle.
Qualifications
Three or more years of private housekeeper experience.
Two excellent checkable references.
Conversational Italian and English.
EU working permit.
