Recruiting is a specialized area of staffing and recruiting focused on attracting and placing prospective employees.
Your tasks
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Generate candidate pools.
Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for open positions. Present shortlists with recommendation to HRBP and hiring manager. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure alignment of recruitment efforts.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to streamline efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Increase internal movement: promote open positions and manage internal candidate pools Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and inform decision-making.
Your profile
1. A graduate degree in Business Administration with a major in HR or psychology (labor/organization).
2. 3-5 years experience in a recruiting function, experience with LinkedIn Talent Management and active searches.
3. Experience with Workday will be an asset
4. Openness and effective communication skills
5. You are accustomed to acting within complex structures under a matrix organization in an international environment.
6. Excellent English and French language skills, Other European languages would be an asset.
