The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You'll Do Opening & closing routines Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register / Point of Sales use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements Availability Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays. During peak times, hours may increase to support business needs.
