A Brief Overview Provide high quality technical and clinical consultancy to support technical/clinical communication and Provide high quality technical and clinical consultancy to support technical/clinical communication and education of top customers, top key account stores and staff. What You Will Do - To provide internal consultancy and training on Alcon's and competitors' products and services to ensure the highest actual and customer-perceived competence in the industry; - Close collaboration with marketing team & sales force in the development of promotional materials/activities with regards to product information; - Development of internal materials related to product description in strong collaboration with Professional Affairs Manager; - To manage the internal tool (Veeva, Iris, Ara, Alex,etc etc) - Act in respect of internal and external regulations, policies, requirements (VEEVA ACT portal Shopping card, etc.) - Contribute to identification of new ideas/projects for technical Training (innovative material, digital training) - To support the PA Manager in the coordination of external consultants activities on the field. - To achieve an industry leading reputation for the provision of high quality technical support to our professional customers; - To develop and roll out high-value technical training for professionals to increase their knowledge of the category and technical ability to fit contact lenses to meet customers needs; - To find new ideas and solutions for customers and share best practices. - To develop new projects in terms of technical training. - To coordinate with key customers to design tailor made training activities; - To be the preferred consultant for technical advice on CL fitting; - To coordinate the training design and delivery in the Alcon Experience Academy for Eye Care Excellence (Alcon’s training school for contact lenses specialists); - To coordinate the publication of technical literature supportive to category growth and to our products; - To organize fitting day sessions and develop business in their area of competence - Participate in the organization of local congresses and events related to contact lenses; - Reporting of customer complaints and adverse events to Local Vigilance Representative/Department, according to applicable work instructions. Experience Qualifications - 5 years experience in Contact Lenses market or - 10 years experience in Contact Lenses market Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of the optical industry in Italy Flexibility, communication and presentation skills, time management and organization.
