🧠 What You’ll Do
* Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Drive outbound-led growth in a massive untapped market (90% outbound)
* Sell to senior stakeholders (CFOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads) in mid-market industrial firms
* Manage an ACV of €45–50K with 3–4 month sales cycles
* Collaborate with founders and new Sales Lead to scale pipeline and process
* Help shape a GTM playbook that will scale across Europe

✅ What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS
* Proven ability to hunt, qualify, and close mid-market deals
* Fluent in Italian
* Comfortable travelling ~1–2x/month to meet clients or join team sessions
* Strong communication, ownership, and drive to win in an early-stage environment
