For our client, one of the world's **largest independent development partners to the automotive industry**, we are looking for a
**E&E; Project Manager - Automotive**
**Location**:Fiorano Modenese - Smartworking
**Activities**:
- Definition of guidelines and best practices for the development of E/E components both for technical and organizational aspects
- Harmonization, synthesis, presentation of project documentation
- Planning, budgeting and project resources management throughout the development process
- Tracking of projects performance through KPIs, definition and implementation of corrective actions
- Coordination of components development plan in accordance to vehicle milestone
- Role of an efficient interface between all the involved parties to support a proficient collaboration according to the established processes, methodologies and tools
- Reporting to the Management
**Requirements**:
- University degree, preferable in electronics, informatics or IT-related engineering
- Project experience (2-3 years) in a Project Management role in the automotive / consumer environment for OEMs or Tier 1 supplier
- Proficiency with issues management and tracking tools like MS Project, JIRA, Polarion or equivalent system
- Previous experience in Agile project
- Acquaintance with HW/SW development processes within the automotive environmen
- Technical understanding of vehicle electronics at a component and system level, vehicle rchitecture and networking, vehicle diagnosis.
- Business fluent English
