CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SAFETY:Foster personalized interactions, anticipating and responding to guest needs.Manage guest complaints promptly, involving supervisors when needed.Actively promote the hotels offerings, experiences, and signature events.Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols by the service team. REQUIREMENTS:Education: Secondary education or higher. Hospitality training preferred.Languages: Local language and fluent English; knowledge of a third language is an asset.Skills: Leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational ability, guest focus.Experience: Minimum 2 years as a waiter; 1 year in a supervisoryor head waiter role preferred.
