It is present in 96 countries through a consolidated network of wholesale partners, 45 mono-brand shops and a direct e-commerce channel. /p pDainese is looking for an bApparel Sourcing Manager. /b /p pThe candidate will join the Operations Department and will manage the sourcing and purchasing of finished goods in line with the company budget. /p h3YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF: /h3 ul liScouting new suppliers and materials based on market trends and facilitating resourcing activities in Asian countries. /li liNegotiating prices with suppliers and implementing the “should cost” model. /li liConstantly monitoring suppliers to ensure high service levels and timely deliveries in accordance with Production Planning schedules. /li liPreparing periodic reports for management analysis. /li liReviewing tenders. /li liManaging purchasing budgets, cost levels, and savings initiatives on direct spending to ensure significant cost reductions. /li liForecasting, planning, and accurately assessing needs. /li liEnsuring consistency and data quality within the ERP system. /li liIdentifying opportunities to streamline office activities. /li /ul h3WE'D LOVE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF YOU: /h3 ul liHave at least 5 years of experience in a Sourcing Department in a managerial or responsible role. /li liPossess strong planning, organizational, financial, budgeting, and decision‑making skills. /li liDemonstrate strong market awareness, attention to detail, and solid problem‑solving abilities. /li liHave experience managing people and communicating effectively both internally and with Asian suppliers. /li liAre skilled in stress management. /li liDisplay leadership and teamwork capabilities. /li liShow strong commercial awareness. /li liHave good PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office and modern ERP systems. /li liHave knowledge of apparel materials such as fabrics, accessories, and printing techniques. /li liAre familiar with bulk production processes for apparel manufacturing in Asian countries. /li /ul pAvailability to travel abroad in Asia is required /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
