Because the firm is so dynamic, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to seek new experiences and to develop your skills. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3WIP Monitoring /h3 ul liPrepare reporting materials for project review meetings with partners /li liOrganize monthly meetings with the relevant partners to review the progress of ongoing matters and set timelines for client updates /li liReview the allocation of hours on individual matters with more junior team members /li liPrepare client update reports tailored to each matter and aligned with the engagement letter or agreements reached by email /li liDraft and send client update emails /li liPrepare and submit billing instructions to the billing team for the issuance of invoices /li liSend invoices to clients /li /ul h3Invoice Payment Monitoring /h3 ul liAgree with the responsible partner the timing and strategy for chasing individual invoices /li liLiaise with the e-billing team to identify and resolve any issues arising from e-billing platforms /li liSend payment reminders / chase outstanding payments from clients /li /ul h3Pricing Analysis Support /h3 ul liSupport in defining potential project estimates during the proposal phase /li liSupport in structuring the most appropriate billing proposal at the end of the matter where additional client discounts are requested, with a focus on margin and recovery /li /ul h3Experience and Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or equivalent, or high school diploma in Economics /li liPrevious experience of two to three years in the legal sector (preferred) or in the consulting sector /li liProficient in MS Office applications /li liProficient in SAP (or equivalent) and particularly Excel (analysis) /li liAbility to work effectively in a professional environment /li liProficient level of English (B2–C1) /li /ul h3Characteristics and Skills /h3 ul liStrong business acumen and ability to work with numbers and financial/commercial concepts /li liAbility to build credibility and relationships quickly with team members and key stakeholders /li liOrganised, logical thinker with strong attention to detail /li /ul pThis list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
