Master in Healthcare is preferred. /li liMinimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in General Management roles or similar. /li liDemonstrated expertise in managing multi‑site healthcare operations and delivering on strategic objectives. /li liStrong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient care standards in Italy. /li liExceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. /li liFluency in Italian and English is required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
