R&I TRAINEE – INTERNSHIP / STAGE in Milan. Join our Research & Innovation Team and contribute to product development, portfolio monitoring, and tasting sessions. This dynamic internship offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration across Marketing, IDDCs R&I, Quality and Regulatory, and Project Management.
Responsibilities
*
* Support the R&I Manager in Innovation & Renovation projects from idea generation and exploration to product brief validation, product development, and launch, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and market requirements.
* Monitor portfolio and competitors with a focus on nutritional values, ingredients list, sensory attributes, claims and packaging.
* Organize tasting sessions with the core project team to validate or check new/existing recipes.
* Manage portfolio specifications.
Qualifications
*
* Strong knowledge in Food Sciences, Food Technologies, Human Nutrition, Food Law (degree in Food Technology & Human Nutrition).
* High accountability and sense of ownership.
* Team player spirit, able to build trust within the department and across functions.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Business and result‑oriented attitude.
* Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). xjrgpwk
