Job Description
You will join our IT team in Bologna, contributing to projects that require both onsite and remote collaboration (2/5 onsite). As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering requirements, drafting functional documentation, and acting as a liaison between clients and IT teams.
Your Missions

* Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
* Draft and maintain functional documentation
* Interface with clients to clarify needs and expectations
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility
* Support project delivery and monitor progress
* Identify and resolve issues related to requirements and documentation
* Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Your Profile
*
* Experience in requirements gathering IT (4+ years)
* Experience in drafting functional documentation
* Experience interfacing with clients and IT teams
* You demonstrate strong analytical skills
* You demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments
