Jet HR is an Italian SaaS startup focused on simplifying HR administration for SMEs. With recent funding, we are growing rapidly and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new client acquisition.
Responsibilities
Create new qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
Act as the first point of contact with prospects, primarily via phone.
Research, qualify leads, conduct cold calls and send effective outreach emails.
Contribute to the improvement of prospecting processes.
Collaborate closely with Sales to optimize outbound strategies.
Qualifications
0–2 years of sales experience (SaaS or tech experience is a plus).
Strong desire to learn and grow.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in finding solutions.
Result‐oriented, comfortable with challenging targets; up to 25% of total compensation is variable.
Resilient, self‐motivated, capable of working under pressure.
Job Details
Compensation: €37k OTE, uncapped variable component.
Hybrid work: 3 days in the Milan office, 2 days remote.
