This is a strategic, cross-functional position at the heart of luxury retail growth and client experience.Retribuzione / BenefitsContribute to yearly and quarterly clienteling targets across all leversDefine frameworks, guidelines and tools to drive target achievement and cascade them through storesIdentify training needs and coordinate with Retail Training to plan and monitor effectivenessIdentify tool upgrade needs and help prioritize roadmaps with Retail ExcellenceSet up a monitoring approach with regions for proactive governance and actionable reportsUse business insights to propose actions and projects to accelerate clienteling goalsIdentify regional best practices and share learnings across regionsCollaborate with Kering and other brands to benchmark and adopt best practicesGather field feedback via regular store visits with regionsFoster collaboration with global stakeholders (Retail xlwpduy Excellence, Retail Training, Retail, Kering) and Client Development regional teamsResponsabilitàMin 5 years of experience in a similar luxury retail roleProven understanding of luxury clienteling and client developmentStrong knowledge of clienteling toolsStrong analytical capabilitiesProficiency in PPT, Excel, WordAbility to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational content
