We’re now looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Region South (Italy). This role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced finance professionals to contribute directly to our business performance and growth.

What We’re Looking For:
* Master’s degree in Finance & Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or business administration; experience in B2B sales organizations is a plus.
* Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (intermediate) and Microsoft 365 (advanced).
* Solid background in accounting and financial reporting.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with fluency in English.
* Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
What You Will Do:
* Prepare and actively participate in monthly and annual management reporting.
* Perform monthly follow-up on business performance.
* Provide profitability analysis across product lines, segments, products, and customers.
* Control costs and search for optimization possibilities.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities with functional areas.
* Drive continuous improvement through process optimization projects.
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support the Finance department with related tasks.
