Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the Quality Management System.
* Organize and participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
* Review contracts and supply agreements to identify and manage special quality requirements.
* Develop, update, and maintain control plans, procedures, and work instructions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all quality-related topics and project updates.
* Support production teams in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
* Oversee the use and programming of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and other measuring instruments.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong background in quality management within the automotive industry, with experience conducting audits according to IATF standards, responding to client audits, and serving as the primary contact during client audit processes.
* Effective leadership and team coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and mediation abilities.
* Familiarity with CMM programming, GD&T, and the use of measuring instruments.
* Ability to write and manage technical documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Solid knowledge of quality tools such as control plans, 8Ds, SPC, R&R, MSA, and others.
