EU Regional Service Delivery Manager EU Based EU Regional Service Delivery Manager Full Time Reporting to: Sam Bailie, Head of Global Services Department Management level Camlin Energy - Global Services Department WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY Camlin Energy has an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to lead and develop the service and delivery within the Global Services Department, European Region. Responsibilities include: - Leadership of the Project Delivery, Field Installation & Commissioning, Service and Support requirements within Camlin’s Regional EU Energy business - Develop and manage a multi-functional Service Delivery structure to support sustained growth and succession planning, including high degree of people management and coaching - Understanding customer requirements and responsibility for all aspects of contract execution phase - Proactively manage escalated customer actions to ensure positive outcome for Camlin and our customers. - Responsible for achieving regional revenue targets and additional profit generation at both field functional and project level - Support technical discussions with key customers including during the project scoping phase - Lead and promote health & safety culture across the GSD business - Ensure regional team alignment and compliance of processes, workflows, and systems with the Global Services Department - Identify and drive through areas for continuous improvement in the services we offer, in collaboration with the Business Operations Manager - Work with the Sales team to contribute towards account plans and opportunities and deliver on wider customer requirements. - Support the implementation, training, and development program for Camlin customers to enable self-sufficient Installation, Commissioning and Support as requested. - Contribute to new product testing and launch. - Contribute to overall business strategy including the development of scalable processes, policies, and structures - Provide regular updates, progress reports and requested information to the Head of Global Services on regional KPIs and OKRs. - Undertake other such duties that are required, commensurate with the role. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED - Demonstrate experience in a similar role, preferably in delivery of substation works for large-scale electrical utilities. - Highly developed people and project management skills - Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - A willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work weekends as required; must be able to travel within the specified region and possibly to other locations as and when required, therefore a current passport and driver’s license are essential. - Ability to take ownership and accountability associated with this level of role - Demonstrate experience of complex and high-level customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s Degree in electrical / mechanical engineering /Project or business management with relevant industry experience.
