ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an intern to provide support in the analysis, mapping, and documentation of processes within Services, Sales, and Customer Experience (CX), ensuring proper representation and alignment with the company's Quality System.
The position is reserved to university students and must be curricular and formally linked to the student's university.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the mapping and documentation of processes within Services, Sales, and CX under the Quality System framework.
* Collect process information through:
* interviews with process owners and stakeholders
* review of existing documentation.
* Develop and update AS‐IS process maps using flowcharts and swimlane diagrams (Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools).
* Clearly identify and separate activities, roles, and responsibilities within documented processes.
* Ensure consistency and compliance with Quality System standards and methodologies.
* Support the organization and maintenance of the process repository, including version control and documentation traceability.
* Update process documentation based on stakeholder feedback and operational changes.
* Provide support in process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, when applicable.
Requirements:
* Undergraduate student in the final year, eligible to formalize curricular internships, in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering,Business Administration / Economics, Information Systems Engineering or related degrees

During the internship, the student will:

* Work under the guidance of an internal tutor, in compliance with university internship requirements.
Duration and Schedule
* Duration and workload according to the curricular internship agreement with the university.
* Schedule compatible with the student's academic commitments.
