Specifically, you will:Handle administrative and payroll matters, coordinate with external payroll providers.Prepare analytical statistics and internal reports (absenteeism, leave management, overtime, etc.) and group reports (headcount, annual report).Manage personnel relations and communications with authorities regarding mandatory notices, disciplinary actions, medical visits, injuries, etc.Oversee contractual and legal compliance related to employment relationships.Manage Time Attendance using Zucchetti software.Support HRD in industrial and union relations, focusing on legal, wage, and labor aspects.Provide internal consultancy on remuneration, hours worked, tax deductions, and current legislation.In terms of CB:Prepare and monitor annual budgets, revisions, and strategic plans aligned with company and group guidelines.Manage labor cost accounting in collaboration with Finance and Management Control.Perform monthly and quarterly forecasts for cost control aligned with company goals.Lead salary reviews and variable incentives based on performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with policies.Develop and implement compensation benefits policies, managing employee benefits (welfare, allowances, equity plans).Promote a corporate welfare culture, proposing innovative programs to enhance employee experience.Implement innovative HR IS solutions to improve operational efficiency within your area.ProfileRequirements:Degree in Economics/Scientific disciplines.Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in HR functions, including payroll, budgeting, personnel costs, and compensation policies.Excellent knowledge of compensation benefits, labor legislation, and payroll management.Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel, and HR management software (Zucchetti, SuccessFactors, etc.).Fluent in English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.Genuine passion for HR, analytical skills, problem-solving, agility, and proactive attitude.Location: Vigonza (PD)Additional DetailsLevel: Mid-SeniorType: Full-timeFunction: Human ResourcesIndustry: Retail Apparel and Fashion
