The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Localising US Coding and Reimbursement System (DRG Finder) for Italy Develop local validation rules and support the development of computer assisted coding solutions Work with Software engineers, clinical analysts, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems Interact with customers to identify operational issues and determine customer requirements Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications : Knowledge of Medical Terminology 5 years of hospital IN-PATIENT coding or equivalent experience Ability to use coding knowledge and clinical knowledge (disease processes / procedures / anatomy) to interpret coding rules / regulations and incorporate into databases Good written and spoken English. Native and Italian Job Duties allow for the majority of work to be performed remotely. You will be required to come to the office and / or local customers at least twice per month.
