They seek a Site Construction Manager to oversee site activities, which may be owned by SIAD Macchine Impianti or the client worldwide.The Site Construction Manager will coordinate construction activities, manage subcontractors and personnel, liaise with clients and stakeholders, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure work complies with standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities include:Supervising construction site activities and safety compliance.Scheduling labor, equipment, and materials.Verifying subcontractor and client activities align with project documentation and instructing corrective actions as needed.Communicating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals.Monitoring progress and providing updates.Managing site documentation and reports.Resolving issues and conflicts, escalating when necessary.Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free site.Your Profile:Degree in Engineering or technical education.Proven experience as Site Construction Manager in Air Separation or LNG plants.Availability to travel up to 6-10 months.Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.Flexibility to work in various environments.Valid relevant certifications.Proficiency in computer software and MS Office.Problem-solving skills.Team player with the ability to work independently.Prioritization skills.Excellent English communication skills.Minimum safety training in fire safety, first aid, safety officer, confined spaces, PPE, and elevation works.What We Offer:An open, innovative corporate culture.Flexitime and smart working options.
