Country Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Performance: Set, monitor, and optimize operational targets in line with market performance goals.
* Manage Shrink & Loss: Establish and refine merchandise shrinkage targets to achieve effective loss control.
* Lead New Store Openings: Coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth and timely new store launches.
* Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of all store standards to maintain consistent brand and operational quality.
* Lead & Develop Teams: Manage store staffing, oversee talent development, and build strong, high-performing teams.
* Optimize Labor Costs: Develop and implement plans to manage and improve labor cost efficiency.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of retail operations or management experience.
* Strong passion for retail, with a results-oriented mindset and exceptional execution.
* Solid analytical skills with the ability to diagnose store operations and solve problems effectively.
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Strong market awareness and ability to respond quickly to industry changes.
* Independent data analysis skills, with strong learning ability and adaptability.
* Willingness to work on overseas assignments.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
