Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is looking for a proactive, organized, and multi-tasking Demand Planner. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to advance their careers by overseeing the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes. The Demand Planner will serve as the key link between sales and the commercial organization, leading monthly dialogues for their respective customers and products. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with Operations partners to meet service level goals for the Commercial Organization. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Review and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. Reconcile significant variances and discuss sales and marketing assumptions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure current and accurate information is used for alignment meetings and reviews, focusing on understanding demand forecast drivers. Utilize and maintain demand planning tools such as Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, and SAP. Coordinate with Initiatives and Marketing groups to forecast promotional and new launch demands. Participate in S&OP meetings. Monitor and evaluate KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve performance. Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses. Requirements: Master’s Degree required Three to four years of experience in a similar role Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP is advantageous Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in analysis with an understanding of financial and operational impacts Ability to handle high-volume data, manual tasks, in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and follow instructions Trustworthy with confidential information and professional attitude Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and levels J-18808-Ljbffr
