The role will provide operational financial support within the plant environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. The position works closely with the Plant Controller and cross-functional teams to support business performance and cost control. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport month-end and quarterly closing activities /li liAssist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting /li liContribute to budgeting and forecasting processes /li liMonitor work orders, overheads, and cost performance /li liSupport internal and external audits (including SOX compliance) /li liEnsure accounting compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP /li liCollaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and program management teams /li liProvide financial analysis and performance reporting to management /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field /li li1–3 years of experience in controlling or accounting (manufacturing environment is a plus) /li liGood knowledge of accounting principles /li liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /li liAdvanced MS Excel skills /li liSAP knowledge preferred /li liAbility to work independently and meet deadlines /li liStrong communication and teamwork skill /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
