Team manager customer quality & methods (m/w/d) (bolzano)

Your ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the Customer Quality & Methods team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic quality objectivesDesign and implement long‑term strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product qualitySystematically monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their expectations and proactively foster quality enhancementsChampion the application of advanced quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)Support root cause analysis and the development of effective corrective and preventive actionsProvide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members on quality principles and customer engagement best practicesFacilitate cross‑functional collaboration to resolve quality‑related challenges and optimize internal processesYour Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldStrong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing teamsSeveral years of experience in customer quality management, including the implementation and application of quality methodologiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance‑based decisionsResults‑oriented, with a proactive and structured approach to problem‑solving and process improvementFluent in English and Italian; proficiency in additional languages is an advantageOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh‑tech projects in the future‑proof sector of e‑mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive premio system and performance‑related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting‑edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
