As a Product Performance Insight Support Technology Engineer, you will help modernize workflow management tools and ensure seamless system performance. Your contributions will bridge current capabilities with future needs, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy. By leveraging technologies like Java, Quarkus, and DevOps tools, you’ll support continuous improvement and enable smarter decision-making. Your ability to introduce new tools and ideas will be instrumental in shaping the future of our testing processes and strengthening our technology ecosystem. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProvide technical support to PPI users and coordinate IT-related activities with external suppliers at evaluation sites. /li liLead system development and maintenance of PPI tire testing reporting tools and related software applications. /li liManage workflow systems to ensure smooth data flow from lab testing to result processing and database integration. /li liDesign scalable infrastructure for PPI systems that supports multi-site and multi-region operations. /li liDrive initiatives and projects by planning, prioritizing, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. /li liEnsure quality, safety, and compliance by maintaining documentation, following audit standards, and supporting EHS activities. /li liPromote continuous improvement through active participation in OFI and CIS programs and technical roadmap development. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in software development (Master’s degree is a plus). /li liStrong foundation in software engineering, database management, general IT tasks, and exceptional attention to detail. /li liProgramming skills in C# .NET Framework, Java/Java EE, VBA, and familiarity with AngularJS. /li liExperience with Oracle and SQL databases, with knowledge of PostgreSQL appreciated. /li liProficiency in version control tools such as Git and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence. /li liFluent in English, with excellent communication, coordination, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. /li liOpenness to innovation, eagerness to explore emerging technologies, and ability to integrate technical expertise into continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul pWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
