PpWithin the Group Chief Operating Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group AI Automation Strategy and Business Adoption Unit, who leads the strategic integration of AI and automation across Generali Group. It defines the Group-wide strategy, identifies high-impact opportunities in core business areas such as pricing, claims, underwriting, and operations, and steers flagship programs to accelerate transformation. The unit also manages the Group roadmap and tracks the economic value generated by AI and automation initiatives. /p pbData AI Business Adoption Lead /b acts as a strategic interface between Generali’s Business Units and the Group AI Automation Strategy and Business Adoption function.
