Location: Acqua Panna Factory _ Scarperia (Firenze)
At least 5 years of experience in HR area a previous experience in HRBP role is a plus;
A previous experience in a Factory is mandatory
Employee Relation acumen and Knowledge of employment law is a must;
Knowledge of Education & Training and factory set-up with Total Performance Management methodology
Italian and English fluent.
Position Summary
Responsible for the people agenda within a specific Factory and the driving force behind creation and implementation of people plan aligned with business agenda.
Regarded by the customer Unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR.
To represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific customer unit and contribute to represent the company in the specific territory.
In addition, the position has a strong international dimension, providing HR support to the NW&PB; Europe&AOA; Cluster, working closely with the Waters business across multiple countries and ensuring the people agenda is delivered consistently across all geographies.
A day in the life of HRBP
Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees.
Support the organizational short and long term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats.
Drive flawless execution of HR Initiatives.
Co-ordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit.
Interact with local stakeholders considering the territory, the social impact the sustainability:
recruiting keeping in mind the local needs and initiating specific projects with territory
leverage a win win approach at short and long term with work council for the sustainability of the territory and the business
leverage a win win approach with local government representatives
be a role model for the Safety initiatives increasing the caring leadership and the shared responsibility in the factory and territory
Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
Implement customer unit succession planning and talent management plans that support business goals.
Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels.
Coaches others to interpret, apply and communicate "Total Rewards" principles/policies/strategies.
Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation.
Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Corporate Business Principles.
Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices).
Work as part of cross functional HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business.
Utilize continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiencies and ways or working.
