This is an excellent chance to join early, shape key technical decisions, and contribute to building high‐quality solutions from the ground up in a fast‐growing environment, as we are currently ramping up several newly created teams after securing this new strategic client.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain modern hybrid mobile applications using Ionic and AngularImplement responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces across devicesIntegrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services within a microservices environmentCollaborate closely with UI/UX designers to enhance user journeys and usabilityContribute to agile development processes (e.g., Scrum) and iterative deliveryEnsure code quality through clean code practices, code reviews, and testingAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in development and production environmentsContinuously improve frontend architecture, performance, and development processesWork closely with backend, QA, and Dev Ops teams to ensure seamless integration and deliveryParticipate in CI/CD processes and support automated build and deployment pipelinesWhat You'll Bring AlongBachelor's degree in Informatics or a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar positionStrong experience with AngularHands‐on experience with Ionic Framework for hybrid mobile developmentProficiency in Type Script, HTML5, and CSS3Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend servicesFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelinesBasic understanding of backend technologies (e.g., PHP, Java) is an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingHigh awareness of user-centric design and usability principlesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in agile, team-oriented environmentsStrong communication skillsWillingness to continuously learn and adaptVery good German and English communication skills, written and spoken
