We are looking for candidates to join a strategic project within the financial sector, focused on developing and enhancing enterprise software solutions. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liAct as the intermediary between the Product Owner (PO) and the development team, ensuring clear communication of business needs and priorities /li liGather, analyze, and refine requirements from stakeholders, translating them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria /li liWork closely with developers, testers, and UX designers to ensure smooth implementation of features aligned with business objectives /li liMaintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines /li liParticipate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, providing valuable insights and ensuring continuous improvement /li liConduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic product decisions /li liEnsure that all product documentation is up to date and clearly communicated to relevant teams /li liCommunicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on product vision /li /ul h3What You'll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Informatics or similar field of study, or equivalent working experience is required /li liMinimum 5-10 years demonstrable experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related Agile role /li liStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools /li liExperience in writing and managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams /li liKnowledge of software development processes and ability to collaborate with technical teams /li liSAFe or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis - ECBA - IIBA) is nice to have /li liExperience in software development, banking, insurance, or another complex industry /li liFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design thinking is nice to have /li liExcellent command of both spoken and written English and German /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
