Your Opportunity
You will join our Factory Store in Sesto Fiorentino, where you will contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience by meeting clients’ needs and expectations. In your role, you will act as an ambassador of Ginori 1735, conveying the brand’s philosophy and culture, strengthening customer loyalty, and promoting brand identity.

How You Will Contribute

- Maximize sales by engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Deliver impeccable customer service and after-sales support.
- Acquire new customers and build strong, lasting relationships with existing ones.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Promote brand culture and awareness both internally and externally.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience at every stage of the purchasing journey.
- Support the manager in ensuring compliance with and monitoring of store operational processes.

Who you are

- You have gained experience in sales within the luxury sector or related industries.
- You are passionate about the world of Interior Design and the Home Industry.
- You are sales-driven, sociable, and ambitious, with a strong team spirit and a positive attitude.
- You demonstrate the ability to create positive customer experiences that drive loyalty and deliver tangible results.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- You are flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You are fluent in Italian and English.

What we offer

Compensation: starting at 25.070,08€ based on experience, eligibility to annual premio as per CCAL
