Come Innovate Motion with Us We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated global senior expert on PLM at Johnson Electric. As part of the digital transformation and Enterprise Applications standardization, JE has rolled out a global instance of Siemens Teamcenter, with CAD integration and interfaces to all key other enterprise systems. The person in this position is an Engineer with a solid track record in configuring, customizing and deploying Teamcenter, and troubleshooting installation. This Engineer will use her/his deep knowledge to lead a development team to develop new PLM applications in Teamcenter and integrating with Teamcenter and to define standards and best practices for Johnson Electric as our PLM environment keeps evolving. Your responsibilities will be to: Develop and implement applications for Teamcenter to support JE in its efforts to develop a best in class digitalized engineering process Lead a team of experts Collaborate with Digital Transformation team to define the best approaches to improve and develop the use of PLM through JE, contributing to all aspects of the global concept definition Support the PLM Users (fixing issues, training) and provide them with a good level of knowledge of Teamcenter. Define working instructions. Lead deployment and upgrade initiatives and act as expert in such initiatives Deal with multiple legacy systems and a complex global environment Combine or migrate different data sources, different legacy systems to a common platform Our requirements : University degree of professional qualifications in a related field of applied sciences, or equivalent work experience Minimum range of 5 to 10 years of related experience Adequate leadership experience required in leading small to medium size teams Understand expectations and requirements of various stakeholders around the engineering process and data management in large multinational manufacturing companies Deep knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (at least version 13; preferably also later versions) Experience with data import/export and API Good knowledge of Siemens PLM portfolio Experience with PLM installations in large multi-site companies with multi-CAD integration and complex workflows Knowledge of Azure cloud VMs and Teamcenter installations in the cloud (ideally on Azure) Experience with interface to ERP (preferably Oracle) Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages would be an advantage (Chinese, Italian, French and/or German) Would be advantageous: Experience with Mendix app development and deployment Experience with ECAD integration (ideally Altium) Admin and configuration experience in NX and Solid Edge
