DHL FREIGHT ITALIA, multinational leader in the ground transportation and freight sector, seeks a new Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the business through strategic human resources management, secondary to the growth and development of people and organization.
Responsibilities
* Support functional managers in HR issues, ensuring consistency with company policies.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
* Monitor and implement training plans and skill development initiatives.
* Handle trade union relations and ensure compliance with current regulations.
* Analyze HR KPIs and prepare reports for performance monitoring.
* Promote engagement and retention projects to foster a positive and inclusive climate.
Core Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in economics, law, or humanities.
* Previous managerial HR experience in structured environments.
* Knowledge of labor laws and union relations.
* Good knowledge of Office Suite and English language.
