To strengthen our HR team at our headquarters in Bolzano, we are looking for an:
HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of pre-employment documentation;
- Managing the onboarding process for new colleagues and preparing all necessary documentation and
- arrangements;
- Managing employees’ attendance and absences, ensuring accurate updates of systems and documentation;
- Providing support to the Health & Safety Manager (RSPP) with workplace safety compliance, including organizing medical check-ups and mandatory training courses;
- Preparing daily and monthly statistics;
- Collaborating with the entire HR team in handling all administrative tasks.
Candidate profile:
- High school diploma and/or education in Human Resources and/or at least 3 years of professional experience;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good command of MS Office;
- Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for working with people;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Goal-oriented mindset, initiative, proactivity, and flexibility;
- A high level of discretion, given the sensitive nature of the data handled;
- Residence in nearby areas or willingness to relocate is required.
Contract type and salary level will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s profile and experience.
