Cassandra is a Marketing tech Startup that raised €2.3M and now works with international clients like Leroy Merlin, Pinalli, Verisure, Ferragamo, Myprotein, Columbia College and 70 more clients in 12 countries.
What we are looking for
We are searching for a Founder Associate that wants to work next to the CEO to grow the company from $2M to $10M in ARR in the next 2 years.
The founder associate will need to have
* Growth mindset, never settling, always looking for growth opportunities
* Complete Agencies, never waiting for instructions, proactively identify problems and solve them
* Grit to have a huge impact in this world
* Demonstrated go-to market / marketing skills
* Perfect english
* Location in Milan
* ability to set goals and deliver on them autonomously

* This is an operative role, no manager only doing (a lot)
* The role requires facing the most difficult challenges in building a great company next to the CEO

What we offer
* 6 months of contract
* fee to be negotiated based on experience
* Full time contract at the end of the period if goals are met
* Opportunity to get stock options (be a co-owner of the company)
