Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days a week Location: Villa Torre Bianca by Emily Hotels, Trigganello (Polignano a Mare) Key Responsibilities: - Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide personalized service to enhance their stay. - Reservations Management: Handle room bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently using hotel management software. - Concierge Assistance: Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation. - Customer Support: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution. - Payment Processing: Handle billing, payments, and invoices accurately while maintaining security and confidentiality. - Communication & Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled. - Administrative Duties: Maintain updated records of guest information, prepare reports, and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly. Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience as a receptionist in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming personality. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office. - Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. - Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
