Ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a professional Project Manager willing to be part of our Company. The candidate will be responsible for managing the operations perimeter in its entirety. /p pHe/She will lead a cross‑functional team to ensure engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply‑chain validation targets have been met for each change. /p pThe candidate will be ultimately responsible for the factory readiness and successful tactical implementation of the program into production. He/she will also constantly communicate with the Site Manager and Operation Manager by organizing and planning the site construction work and start‑up activities up to the receipt of the acceptance certificate from the Customer. /p pThe ideal candidate will manage the contractual and negotiation aspects of the different orders, interacting constantly with the customer/suppliers, defining the planning and the execution strategy, and coordinating the progress of engineering, procurement and production activities. /p h3Management of /h3 ul liThe project in accordance with Company Procedures; /li liThe implementation of the Project Execution plan, including quality, safety, cost, time and resources; /li liEffective project meetings with the client and project stakeholders, ensuring effective business relationships are in place; /li liProject reporting and status; /li liSubcontractors for procurement and erection on site; /li liExposure and risk of the project (Risk Management Process). /li /ul h3Additional responsibilities /h3 ul liRepresents the company (if necessary and in accordance with the project organization) in front of clients, licensors and partners, managing relevant contractual aspects and negotiating potential Change Orders; /li liCoordinates the progress of Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing or Construction activities ensuring the respect of the contractual goals; /li liPlans and organizes, in co‑ordination with the Operation Manager and the Site manager, the Site start up according to the contract; /li liManagement in terms of “claim prevention” with Customer and Suppliers. /li /ul h3Have the responsibility of /h3 ul liLead the project team. /li liAchieving the Project targets (safety, time, performances, quality and costs) as well as Company targets fixed for the project. /li liBuilding a Project Executive Budget, shared and formalized with the BU Direction. /li liTaking care of Project PL under his/her authority. /li liEnsure project profitability and expected cash flow positions. /li liChange order identification, submittal and approval, administration. /li liVerify the progress status of the Project, through periodical Reports, identify any possible delay, decide upon corrective actions to be taken and verify the relevant implementations. /li /ul h3Required profile /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Electronic and Automation). /li li5+ years of experience as Project Manager in complex industrial applications. /li liExperience in international turnkey projects, EPCM and ESS for the steel and metallurgical industry is considered an advantage. /li liKnowledge of Commercial Principles, Legislation Standards. /li liKnowledge of the most advanced PC tools; knowledge of Autodesk is a must (AutoCad, Inventor). /li liExcellent interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments. /li liOrganizational capabilities, planning and controlling, customer orientation, results orientation, problem solving, and people management will complete the ideal candidate profile. /li liGood knowledge of English, written and spoken. /li liWillingness to travel. /li /ul h3Workplace /h3 pWorkplace: Castellanza (Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
