Maternità Located at our headquarters in Breganze (VI), we are seeking a Product Developer to join the R&D Denim team, specifically in the development of the Seasonal & Fashion Show collections. The responsibilities include: Supporting the manager in the full development process of collections, from material selection to prototype creation and collection launch. Managing fitting and defect correction in collaboration with Styling and Pattern offices, including support during fittings with Creative Direction. Organizing review meetings with Global Merchandising, Styling, Pattern, and Creative teams. Research and experimentation supporting collections and liaising with external suppliers from prototyping to sample production. Coordinating operationally with Production, Technical Areas, and Pattern departments. Participating in fashion shows, managing operational activities related to products, and supporting the manager in tasks like pricing and presentations. Managing fabric and accessory orders for samples, monitoring activities, and defining action plans. Handling data management systems from design approval to technical release. Assisting in cost simulations from prototyping to samples, and tracking development costs. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of apparel product development processes. Technical knowledge of garment construction and fitting management. Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret stylistic needs, along with organizational and problem-solving skills. Teamwork attitude and passion for innovation, with adaptability to change. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Office suite and PLM or similar management software.
