The Lean Manager is responsible for optimizing processes and workflows across the organization to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve quality. This role involves mapping workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing Lean methodologies. The Lean Manager collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth communication and process alignment, while also driving quality and information security awareness. The role requires proactive problem-solving, working closely with operators, work teams, management, customers, and suppliers to gather insights and propose solutions. Ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO14001 standards is also a key responsibility. What You’ll Do : Lead and manage end-to-end process management portfolio globally, reporting to the Head of Group Quality & Process. Optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve quality. Define and update internal procedures to comply with regulations and changes. Define and monitor process metrics (KPIs), addressing areas for improvement with Process Owners. Lead all ISO standards implementation, audits, and assessments (9001 / 14001 / 27001). Assess and implement process automation tools to enhance operations. Align measurement systems, performance metrics, and customer experience goals. Support governance on Quality Management System at the executive level. What You'll Need : Minimum of 10 years of experience leading successful process improvement projects. Exposure to ISO standards 9001 / 14001 / 27001 (desired). Ability to analyze large data volumes and present insights clearly. Skills in business transformation and quality management (first-time right / on-time delivery). Experience in Space Tech / Satellite Telecom or Telco sectors (desired). Educational background in Engineering, Technology, Business, Economics, or Finance. Professional qualification as a Certified Process Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (desired).
