The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new, strategic customers within the Italian market. The ideal candidate will prospect, develop, and close business efficiently, focusing on client requirements. The AE must confidently negotiate and close agreements, supporting new customers through onboarding.

This role offers a chance to contribute to high-impact projects during an exciting growth phase for the company. Snowflake is an innovative, customer-focused company in a large and expanding market. We seek energetic, self-managed professionals with experience in managing complex sales processes, excellent presentation and listening skills, and strong organization and contact management capabilities.

AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

* Achieve sales quotas for assigned accounts and territory by developing a strategic sales plan.
* Collaborate with marketing to drive revenue growth.
* Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps and promoting Snowflake solutions.
* Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities.
* Conduct executive and CxO discussions and meetings.
* Manage the sales process and close opportunities.
* Maintain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and generate additional revenue.

OUR IDEAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WILL HAVE:

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
* 10+ years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud technologies.
* 5+ years focused on new business within tier 1 banking accounts.
* Proven ability to independently manage and close new client relationships.
* Experience achieving over $1M ARR annually and conducting at least 8 face-to-face meetings weekly.
* Strong focus on new business sales.
* Track record of activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
* Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Understanding of business drivers related to IT.

BONUS POINTS FOR EXPERIENCE WITH:

* Industry-specific experience.
* Implementing MEDDPICC.
* Selling software or cloud applications to enterprise clients.
