Social Media Manager
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
Your Impact
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Social Media Manager will contribute to leading the development of Moncler's global social media platforms and communities including partnership with regional teams and local integration across the APAC, Korea and Japan markets, in addition to direct oversight on implementation and execution within EMEA & U.S.
Key within this role is supporting with the strategy for the new Social Media offense, creating a clear plan to support these strategies in connecting brand pillars and concepts, and to deliver against key business priorities—inclusive of KPIs that drive growth and positioning against our key competitive set, as well as identifying new and innovative methods to drive product brand awareness, consideration and conversion.
We are looking for a candidate who has 5-7 years prior experience in Social Media Marketing and within luxury fashion. Being engaged in cultivating meaningful relationships with teammates through communication and collaboration is paramount.
Interest and attention to global popular culture as it relates to emerging social media trends and best practices in the social sphere is a must. Utilizing an inclusive mindset is key as is the ability to work simultaneously on projects while managing various deadlines independently.
We are seeking a self-starter with proven ability to take initiative who has experience with engaging social and digital communities. A knowledge of and interest in social cultural trends is paramount.
Key responsibilities:
* Work alongside Digital and Communications teams to effectively strategize the ongoing global Social Media offense and editorial planning;
* Moncler's global social channels include Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Weibo, Wechat, Red, Douyin, Line and Kakaotalk;
* Work with Moncler regional teams to produce and publish social posts reflecting the global social strategy as well as ongoing reporting and planning;
* Work with Copy team on strategizing and streamlining messaging across all social content;
* Manage Community Management agency of record, responding effectively to all open brand inquiries while maximizing audience engagement;
* Work alongside Digital Intelligence team on ongoing owned and competitor analysis and reporting;
* Work within Digital Marketing team to effectively coordinate and launch organic and paid campaigns, optimizing to drive business and reach effectively as it relates to the scope of each project and its objectives;
* Ongoing research on new social trends and innovative digital communication approaches;
* Interact daily with teams' including Legal, PR, Content, Events, Creative, Digital, Digital Marketing, and Merchandising teams to support ongoing social needs;
* Organization and oversight of payment processes and contracts for Social Media activations;
* Organization of 360° planning decks and reports.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7 years prior experience in an equivalent global Social Media Marketing role;
* Great organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple teams;
* Bachelor's degree or local country equivalent;
* Fluent / high proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Italian is a plus;
* High proficiency in publishing on social media channels in the various formats offered;
* High proficiency in Keynote & Excel.
