We are looking for a candidate for our front desk.
Main tasks:
welcoming guest at their arrival at the hotel
deal with check in and check out procedures
book restaurants & other activities for guests during their stay
engage guests on possible experiences available on the island
interact with other hotel departments to maximize customers' experience
Type of contracts: 6 months (end of April-mid October), tempo pieno, 1 day off per week.
RequirementsWho we are looking for:
University Degree in languages, tourism or economics
fluent in English (C1) and Italian, another European language a plus
at least 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality (4*/5* or boutique hotels)
high standards of personal presentation
friendly, polite, detailed oriented
ready to embrace life in small Mediterranean island
