Critical Operations Technician, Italy – STACK InfrastructureThe purpose of this position is to be responsible for the operations and maintenance of all the critical electrical equipment in the Data Center, such as MV and LV switchboards, generators, UPS systems, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.ResponsibilitiesCarry out daily and weekly routine activities on all mechanical and electrical equipment.Perform repair, installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.Identify, repair, and report any unusual conditions or faulty equipment.Ensure that all work performed complies with applicable quality standards.Supervise the activities of all suppliers.Handle emergency situations involving critical equipment.Respond to BMS alarms for all critical systems.Manage customer cases opened in Net Suite and use the Modius tool.Requirements and SkillsGood knowledge of maintenance for critical electrical or mechanical infrastructures.Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, drawings, and schematics.Capability to work on several projects at the same time and to prioritize tasks as needed.Ability to use various testing instruments related to electrical and mechanical work.Good knowledge of the English language is preferred.Knowledge of Net Suite and the Modius tool is preferred.Skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) are preferred.This position involves working on a rotating shift schedule.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManufacturing and EngineeringIndustriesData Infrastructure and Analytics, Oil and Gas, Electric Power Transmission, Control, and Distribution
