MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE The figure will be supporting the Abbott Nutrition Professional Marketing team in planning, coordinating and executing product detailing activities of a team of Brand Ambassadors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support Marketing Team in the overall management and coordination of the Brand Ambassadors team
- Support the organization of meetings and events, including contact with external agencies for location choices and travel itineraries, logistic and budget responsibility.
- Support coordination and execution of Sample Quarterly Shipment to Brand Ambassadors and Product Specialists, interacting with Logistics to secure timely management and ensuring adherence to Abbott's policies and Local Laws.
- Coordinate purchasing and logistics of promotional materials, ensuring that they are executed in line with Abbott procedures and with Local Law.
- Support execution on contracting with third parties
- Support execution of training programs target to consistently upgrade team's commercial skills.
- Run monthly analysis on budget and propose adjustments to the Management.
- Act in full coherence with the local law, ensure integration of all legal and regulatory, comply with Abbott policies and proactively respect legal and OEC procedures.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\n
- University Degree in Business Administration or STEM disciplines
- Project management or previous work experience in pharmaceutical companies will be considered a plus
- Proven skills in prioritization and execution
- Fluent in English
- Computer Skills: proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
